I simply had to watch Andrew Haigh’s Weekend again this morning. Everything about it — the acting, the directing, the writing, the photography — is just beautiful. I’m kind of in love with it.
I really hope (perhaps against hope) that it will receive a lovely blu-ray release in the not too distant future. So, yeah, see it… and dear god, pay to do so.
It’s pretty damn great film.
